Yesterday it officially happened. Britain left the European Union. And while Europe is certainly more than just the EU, the rhetoric surrounding this move reveals the isolationist dreams behind it.
As a Brit living in Europe and someone who has traveled to a good number of places in Europe, I thought I’d make a photo tribute to Europe to Mark this occasion.
Each photo is from a different European city. Some are before I knew a thing about photography (and you can tell!) See if you can name all the cities and guess which cameras were involved.
Btw, I voted to remain.
- Santiago de Compostelo
- Seville (the oldest picture in the set)
- Valletta, Malta
I really enjoyed looking back on many of the places I’ve visited and also how I’ve changed as a photographer. It’s given me a positive focus in these times.
